Welcome to the Abulafia Meditation Community - a sacred space where truth-seekers gather to be nourished and healed through the timeless wisdom of the Torah. 

Though I was born and raised with little knowledge of my Jewish heritage, discovering the profound beauty and depth of this ancient tradition has been a profound awakening. For the past 12 years, I have immersed myself in the study of authentic Kabbalah and Chassidut in the spiritual heart of Israel. 

It is with deep gratitude and humility that I now have the honor of sharing these life-changing teachings with you. My own journey has been deeply inspired by the legacy of my ancestor, the renowned kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Abulafia. His pioneering work in the realms of ecstatic meditation and spiritual awakening has been a guiding light for me. 

At the core of my journey has been a passionate exploration of meditation - a powerful tool for realigning ourselves with our divine purpose. Authentic kabbalistic meditation and breathwork offer profound pathways to greater self-awareness, inner peace, and connection to the Source.
