You’ll build the skills to find your balance in just 30 days - with tools you can use forever.
Week 1: Conditioning and Foundation
This week is about establishing a solid foundation that will set you up for success in the following weeks. We'll dive deeper into how you can connect with the sensations in your body, building awareness that seamlessly translates into inversions.
Week 2: Stag/ Double Stag Handstand
Stag is considered the easiest to hold because it allows for easier adjustments, enabling you to shift your legs or hips to maintain balance. This makes the stag handstand a perfect starting point for building handstand stability.
Week 3: Tuck Handstand
The tuck position is a foundational step in learning the relationship between your shoulders and hips. Understanding how to manipulate the position of your hips in relation to your shoulders is essential when it comes to adjusting and finding your balance.
Week 4: Straight Handstand
We'll work on kick-ups, finding your line and practice transitions from other shapes into a straight handstand. By the end of the week, you’ll have a solid, stable straight handstand that feels way more effortless than before.
Every week, we'll also train your endurance and break down the mechanics of the different entries so that you can smoothly hop, tuck, or kick up and find your balance.
